Posh Pooch Club in Dallas has policies and requirements
that must be adhered to by ALL members
so our high-level of service is provided to all clients, as expected.
HOURS OF OPERATION/VISITS
Posh Pooch Club strives to offer the best quality of care. We would appreciate it if all members would abide by our drop-off and
pick-up times. Drop-off and pick-ups for In-House boards will be accomadated between 8a.m. to 8p.m. everyday. At the time of
reservation, members must provide drop-off and pick-up times. Any changes must be made 24-hours in advance.Should an after-hours
pick-up or drop-off be necessary, an additional charge of $50 per pet will apply.

Petsitting visits take place between 7a.m. to 9a.m. and 5:30pm to 7:30p.m.. Mid-day walks are scheduled between 11a.m. to 2p.m..

BEHAVIOR REQUIREMENTS
All pets must be friendly, not be adverse to strangers caring for them in their home, not have a history of biting strangers, and allow
for food, water, medications, and leashes to be provided and used. If an animal does not permit a Sitter on the premises, the Client will
be notified and service may be cancelled.

PET HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Animals must be in good health at time of care. All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Veterinary information must be provided
at the time of application so vaccination records and pet health history and information can be obtained. Posh Pooch Club Sitters do
not administer medications or vaccinations that require injections.

Required vaccinations:
Dogs: Annual or 3-Year Rabies, Annual or 3-Year Distemper and Parvo, Annual Bordatella, Monthly Flea/Tick, Monthly Heartworm
Cats: Annual Rabies, Annual FVRCCP, Monthly Flea/Tick Treatment

If your pet is experiencing health problems, care may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Detailed instructions, as well as, after-hours
care instructions must be provided. Additional visits may be required during the day to verify pet's condition. Additional or emergency
veterinary care are at Client's expense and other fees may be incurred due to time and transportation. Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC
cannot be held liable for worsening of pet's condition or death.

FOOD, TREATS, TOYS, & BONES
Food, treats, toys, and bones, as well as, other personal items are only given to pet at Client's request and at Client's risk. Pets may
consume these items when a Sitter is not present. If a pet cannot be trusted to safely consume these items, please advise the Sitter to
not leave them alone with any of these items. Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC accepts no liability or responsibility when following a
Client's instruction to leave pet with consumable items.

PAYMENT
Payments for walking or sitting services are to be paid in full at the time of booking or on the first day that service begins.
Reservations will not be permitted or guaranteed without a valid credit card. If payment is not received at the time of service, a
$25.00 late fee per day may be added to your invoice. Posh Pooch Club in Dallas accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or
cash. Credit cards will automatically be charged for future services.

If Client requests to extend service, the Client guarantees payment at the same rate for all services provided upon return. Although
not required, if you wish to tip, please write a separate check in the Pet Sitter's name or leave cash for your Sitter.

SURCHARGE POLICY
A last-minute surcharge of $10 will apply for all same-day service requests. An additional holiday charge of $10 per visit will apply for
visits made on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

CANCELLATIONS
For early return and cancellation of service (for non-holiday reservations), 48-hour notice is required or Client will be charged the rate
of one visit. After cancellation fees, any remaining balance will be applied to future pet sitting visits only for three (3) months.

No refunds will be given.

All holiday reservations require a 14-day notice for changes and cancellations. Client will be charged for all services reserved. No
credits will be given for early returns during holiday periods. All holiday visits must be prepaid during Thanksgiving, Christmas and
New Years and cancellations are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
All reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's must be paid in full at booking. Cancellations two weeks prior to first
visit are 50% refundable for entire schedule. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to first visit are non-refundable for entire
schedule.

DAY OF HOLIDAY VISIT CHARGE
Day of holiday visits will be an additional $10 per visit for the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial
Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

EMERGENCY CARE
In the event of pet illness or other medial emergency and Client's specified vet is unavailable, pet will be taken to closest vet or VCA
Metroplex Animal Hospital. Client understands and agrees that attempts will be made to contact them in case of emergency and if
Client is unreachable, Pet Sitter has permission to authorize any care that the vet deems necessary for pet's health, safety and
survival. Client agrees to reimburse Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC for any additional fees and all costs relating to vet care during
their absence, which may include x-rays, blood work, surgery and/or other expensive procedures, as well as an emergency medical
transport fee of $50.00. For the safety of your pet and others, pets must have current vaccinations. Should the Sitter be bitten or
otherwise exposed to any disease or ailment received from Client's animal which has not been properly vaccinated, it will be the
Client's responsibility to pay all costs and damages incurred by the victim.

EXTRA FEES/CHARGES
The Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC reserves the right to invoice/bill, at $15.00 per half hour or any portion thereof, for additional
time spent over a 30-minute visit that is necessary for the care of Client's pet(s) and home. This includes service and time for the
following, but not limited to: all veterinary trips; pet illness; excessive clean-up resulting from pet incontinence, accidents or frequent
vomiting; complications administering medications; obtaining pet food, medication or supplies; wait time for emergency home repair;
search for pet(s) that escaped confinement or leash. Client will be held responsible for all expenses incurred and reimburse Posh Pooch
Club in Dallas LLC upon return.

LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING VISITS
Visits made between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:00 am are subject to an additional $10 per visit.

SAME DAY SERVICE REQUESTS
All services booked within 24 hours may be subject to a $10 service charge.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If weather prevents the Sitter from safely traveling to Client's home, the Client understands the Sitter will arrive to care for pet(s) as
soon as conditions improve for safe travel to home. (Examples, but not limited to: ice storm, iced roads, hail, driving rain.) Client will
be contacted for neighborhood contact or other arrangements.

KEY POLICY
Two working copies of your house keys must be provided at time of registration / consultation. If you live in a gated community, you
must provide a gate card, remote or appropriate access codes. NO KEYS will be mailed by regular mail, hidden outside or locked in
homes on last visits. Should keys become unusable, lock malfunction, Client fails to leave a key or for any other reasons beyond
Sitter's control, Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC and Sitters have authorization to employ the services of a locksmith to gain entry
into a Client's home on Client's behalf. Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred and reimburse Posh Pooch Club in Dallas
LLC upon return.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Due to the extreme unpredictability of animals, Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC and Sitters cannot be held responsible for any unusual
mishaps (i.e., pet's refusal to take medication, escaping from the yard, biting, eating or destroying household items, damage to
inside/outside of home, personal injury/accidental death). If Client requests pet(s) to have outside access, Client releases Posh Pooch
Club in Dallas LLC and
Sitters from all liability for loss, injury or death to pet(s). Client is liable for injury or damage to Third Parties.

Client authorizes Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC and Sitters to take photos of Client's pet for their file and for poshpoochclub.com
website. All photos taken are the property of Posh Pooch Club in Dallas.

Visit times are approximate and subject to change based on the needs of all pets under Sitter's care. The Sitter is entrusted to use best
judgment in caring for pet(s) and home, in the event of an emergency situation, inclement weather or natural disaster. Posh Pooch
Club in Dallas and Sitters will be held harmless for consequences related to such decisions.

In the event of injury or illness of your Sitter, or other emergency circumstances where duties are unable to be performed, Client
authorizes Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC to arrange for a back-up sitter to take over duties as outlined in this agreement.

Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time before or during its term if the Sitter
determines that Client's pet poses a danger to the health or safety of herself/himself or others. If concerns prohibit the Sitter from
caring for pet, Client authorizes pet to be placed in a kennel with all charges to be charged to Client.

Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC and Sitters agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy
manner. In consideration of these services, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Posh Pooch Club in
Dallas LLC except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Posh Pooch Club in Dallas LLC.
